Le gouvernement mauritanien et le Fonds Saoudien de Développement (FSD) procéderont à la signature d’une convention de prêt d’un montant de 34 millions de dollars us destiné à soutenir le développement de l’agriculture, a révélé lundi l’ingénieur Youssouf Ibrahim Bessam, vice-président et membre délégué de l’institution.
Actuellement en visite en Mauritanie, le haut responsable de l’institution a fait cette déclaration au terme d’une audience avec le président Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz.
L’agenda de ce voyage prévoit des rencontres avec les membres du gouvernement dans le cadre de cette visite qui « permettra de définir les priorités de la Mauritanie en matière de projets de développement dans la perspective du renforcement de l’appui de l’institution ».
