Classé 76é sur un total de 189 pays, la Mauritanie reste toujours à la traîne au hit du Doing Business 2015 publié cette semaine par la Banque Mondiale (BM).
Ce constat est établi au moment ou certains pays africains ont réalisé de nombreux progrès dans l’assainissement du climat des affaires.
Pourtant au cours des dernières années, Nouakchott a posé une série d’actes visant à donner un élan décisif au climat des affaires, avec notamment la création du guichet unique, la réforme du Code Minier et le lancement de la Zone Franche de Nouadhibou (ZFN).
Pourquoi alors la Mauritanie continue à être perçue comme un pays peu favorable à l’investissement ?
