- Une entreprise peut interdire dans son règlement intérieur le port visible de signes religieux, politiques et philosophiques afin de conserver sa neutralité, sous certaines conditions, estime la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne (CJUE) dans une décision rendue mardi.
La Cour de justice, basée à Luxembourg, a rendu son avis dans deux cas, en Belgique et en France, de femmes musulmanes estimant avoir été discriminées au travail en raison de leur port du foulard islamique.
