Mme Vatma Vall Mint Soueina, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères et de la Coopération, et le Secrétaire Permanent du Groupe 5 du Sahel, Nejim El Hadj Mohamed,ont signé vendredi une convention de siège.
Un accord de siège est un type de traité qu’une organisation internationale conclut avec un Etat qui l’accueille sur son territoire , afin de définir son statut. Le G5 du Sahel est un cadre de coopération sous régional visant le développement et la sécurité.
Il est composé du Burkina Faso, du Mali, de la Mauritanie, du Niger et du Tchad.
