Les forces maliennes ont arrêté mardi un dirigeant du groupe islamisteAnsar Dine dans le centre du pays quelques jours après l'attaque qui a coûté la vie à 17 soldats à Nampala, a annoncé un porte-parole de l'armée.
Modibo Naman Traoré a expliqué que Mahmoud Barry, également appeléAbou Yehiya, a été interpellé alors qu'il se trouvait sur la route reliant Nampala etDogofri.
"C'est un proche de Lyad Ag Ghali, le chef d'Ansar Dine", a dit Modibo Naman Traoré , ajoutant que Mahmoud Barry était responsable d'une attaque sur la ville de Nara où 12 personnes ont péri.
