Les chefs d'états et de gouvernements participant au 15ème sommet de la francophonie ont tenu une deuxième séance à huit clos, ce dimanche à Dakar, en présence du Président de la République, Président de l'Union Africaine Monsieur Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz.
Cette séance est consacrée à l'élection d'un nouveau secrétaire général pour remplacer le sénégalais Abdou Diouf.
Plusieurs candidats de pays membres africains, européen et asiatique sont en compétition pour occuper ce poste.
