Des combats acharnés opposeraient présentement la rébellion et l’armée malienne près de la frontière malienne, rapportent des confrères maliens.
Les médias qui rapportent les informations sur ces combats se baseraient sur des sources militaires et locale.
Aucun bilan de ces combats n’est encore disponible à l’heure actuelle. Mais à en croire nos confrères de RFi les combats qui se déroulent autour de la localité de Léré, les rebelles touargs seraient "maîtres pour le moment du côté ouest de la ville".
La Mauritanie, rappelle-t-on, partage avec le Mali plus de 2000 kms de frontière et abritent plus de 70 milles réfugiés maliens qui avaient fui l’insécurité dans le nord-Mali.
