Un tribunal de Nouakchott a condamné en première instance mardi soir trois (3) jeunes mauritaniens à de lourdes peines de prison pour terrorisme, selon des sources judiciaires.
Mohamed Ould Ely, Aly Yaghoub Ould Miya et Boukhary Ould Dahaneont écopé respectivement de 10 ans, 7 ans et 5 ans de réclusion, pour avoir été reconnus coupables de mener des actions de recrutement de combattants au profit de l’Etat Islamique (EI-Daech).
Ces lourdes peines ont été prononcées à l’issue d’un procès éclair qui n’aura duré qu’une seule journée. Ce que déplore un avocat de la défense au vu de « la gravité » des infractions dont le traitement aurait du prendre plus de temps pour permettre de découvrir la vérité.
