L'entente cordiale a été scellée entre le Président Macky Sall et son homologue mauritanien Mohamed Abdel Aziz. Et pour démontrer que "tout se bien dans le meilleur des mondes entre les deux pays", la Première dame de Mauritanie Mme Mariem Mint Ahmed dite Tekber a voyagé à bord de La Pointe de Sarène pour rallier la capitale sénégalaise.
Elle a été invitée par Marème Faye Sall à l'occasion du dîner annuel qu'elle offre aux femmes des ambassadeurs accrédités à Dakar.
L'épouse de Mohamed Abdel Aziz a accepté de prendre part à cette soirée qui s’est tenu samedi dernier, 11 février courant, en présence des Premières dames du Mali et du Niger, qui étaient également les invitées de Mme Sall, selon le journal L'As.
