La présidence de la république mauritanienne a publié ce mardi un décret portant nomination d’un ministre secrétaire général de la présidence de la république.
Le nouveau titulaire de ce poste, resté vacant pendant plus de deux mois, depuis un remaniement partiel du gouvernement est Cheikh Mohamed O. Cheikh Sidiya.
