Le Sénégalet la Mauritanie sont sur le point de trouver un accord pour l’exploitation du gisement de gaz Gand Tortue/Ahmeyim. En effet, les deux pays envisagent sérieusement d’exploiter ensemble cette réserve située à 125 Km de leur littoral.
Les choses se sont même précisées avec l’annonce de la signature prochaine d’un accord de coopération intergouvernemental pour l’exploitation de ce champ.
Mais pour que ce vœu se concrétise, les deux pays doivent casquer 10 milliards de dollars pour sa mise en valeur.
